Product Returns
• Products must be returned unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the product is inspected and approved.
Service Refunds (Nails, Lashes, etc.)
• If you’re unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
• A refund request must include clear photos of the concern or defect.
• Refunds or re-treatments are issued at the discretion of the owner, based on the nature of the issue.
